We require a deposit to begin work on web design projects. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If a project is terminated by the client before completion, any payments made up to that point will not be refunded.
3.2 Hosting Services
Web hosting services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
3.3 Email Marketing Campaigns
Email marketing campaigns involve strategy, design, and execution. As such, payments for these services are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A billing error caused by WebCraftCity.
- Failure to deliver a service as outlined in a signed agreement or contract.
